What you leave with us

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store the email address you enter, the time of signup, a record that you agreed to receive email, and, if present, campaign tags from the link that brought you here (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). Campaign tags are held in your browser's session storage only for the current visit, then sent with your signup. To prevent abuse, we briefly retain a hashed network identifier and request count, not your raw IP address.

Marketing email

Your email is used to send the ticket announcement first and occasional news about Tears of Nature. Signups are stored securely on our servers and may be passed to our email service provider for delivery. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell your email.

Analytics, by choice only

Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel load only if you select Accept in the cookie banner. If you Reject, neither script loads. When accepted, they use cookies and device identifiers to measure page views and, if you newly join the waitlist, a signup event. We do not include your email address in analytics events or enable automatic form matching.

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can change it any time using Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page.

Retention and your rights

We keep waitlist records while needed to provide experience updates, unless you ask us to delete them. You can withdraw email consent, request access, or request deletion by contacting connect@tearsofnature.com. You may also unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Minimal suppression records may be retained to honor unsubscribe requests.
